   Took my Gucci watch in to get the battery replaced, took it upstairs to do for 10 minutes, came back down and said they couldn't do it and quickly put it back in the box and we left only to get home and realised they have put MASSIVE DEEP scratches in the back of the watch when trying to get the battery out and now looks awful. They raised it to head office who emailed back and said they'd look into it. Emailed multiple times since 3rd Feb with no replies so I now have a watch which looks look someone had taken a knife too and had a field day

   Really good service here Highly recommended Fixed a mis shapen ring on the spot, didn't want any money for that and even cleaned it. I will only ever come back here for any jewellery or repairs. Have used them too before for both purchases and repairs and always been good

   My boyfriend went in, and I saw a ring I’ve been eyeing up, however for context I have a condition which makes my limbs rather skinny and long (Marfan syndrome) so therefore my ring size is small to most people and he asked about whether or not they had any on sale for my size (46) and the staff were being extremely unprofessional and was laughing and saying about how he should be looking for baby rings ect. Don’t recommend whatsoever.

   Me and my boyfriend went back to the store let them know his gold chain had snapped and it was under a year since we bought it but they tried to make out that we couldn't receive a refund although they mentioned a 1 year warranty on the day of purchase. 2 girls served us and asked for my boyfriend's number and said they'd give him a call in the next 2-3 working days once they had spoken to their manufacturers and never did. They said on the day of purchase that the gold would never snap and is very sturdy. This was used from his birthday money and we feel he has been scammed out of £400 for something way more less of the price...

   Still waiting on a ring repair over 7 weeks,got told ring will be in shop by the end of the week still no ring,my mum is stressing out over this and they have no phone and using a personnel phone then moaned at cause we’re texting trying to find out what’s happening,shop phone been out of action more than 7 weeks how long does it take to fix a phone joke

   I purchased as silver necklace frome here not to long ago, within a day if wearing it the necklace turned black, returned the item to then get question lime have you used and chemicals? Aftershave? Shampoo? So I cannot take a shower with it on? So they decided to replace it under warranty, then put on the replacement necklace a d agai within a day of wearing turned black, I havverd returning this item as I will be taking it to tradingstandards along with other people

   The service in the shop today was fantastic. My friend needed a necklace to go out with for her 18th. The staff really helped her make a decision and made us both feel comfortable. The prices are reasonable. When it couldn't get any better we were both given a sparkly charm for our bracelets too. Would definitely recommend going here. Thank you all so much for a positive shopping experience. Excellent customer service.

   DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, they're not even responsible for their faulty products,they don't even give u a till receipt and when u want to exchange a brand new faulty item they won't accept to swap it or replace it without the till receipt wich it has never been given to u,the worst customer service and THE MOST RUDE staff and manager,the most disgusting thing is that the lady even remembered that she has sold that faulty product and that it was the last one but she still sold it anyways even though she knew that it was faulty and the stones were missing and she didn't even exchange it for me!!!
