Jennifer took really good care of us when selecting wedding bands for my partner and I. She gave some really good advice regarding which set and metal to go for based on my job etc. Overall a really great service. Very informative and she couldn’t have been happier to help us. Five star service ⭐️

From start to finish she went way beyond the realms of her duty with kindness and compassion at what has been a very difficult and emotional few weeks, locating a locket and making a special order and making it happen for my wedding ring to arrive in time when my head is all over the place, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, you have restored my faith in humanity
Quite possibly my worst retail experience. I purchased a lovely watch via Ernest Jones' online store- transaction swift, effortless etc. Upon receiving, required a bracelet link removal to fit the watch and so, called up the Portsmouth branch to organise. The lady I spoke to stated I was welcome to come down and get it changed whilst I waited. I took the opportunity to visit during my lunch 'hour'. The store was moderately busy, though I was only second in the queue. Within a few minutes, I was front of the queue and preceded to wait for 45 minutes whilst I could see the various interactions unfolding in the store in front of me. Ultimately, not much getting done and plenty of talking. When I was eventually invited into the store, we confirmed the works required and I was informed that this was likely to take more time due to availability of expertise to change a few links and suggested I went across the way to get a coffee whilst I waited for the job to be done (a 5 minute task). 10 minutes later, the Ernest Jones employee made their way across to me to tell me that in fact, they could no longer help me and that I should book an appointment for another time. This is after well over an hour of travel + waiting time. Having gone back into the shop, I had to wait again to receive my watch back. With the prospect of retail changing in these times, retailers must make far more effort to engage with buyers/customers and be consistent and efficient in their approach. Thankfully, after getting my watch back, I had the fortune of walking past another jeweler- they were attentive, helpful, warm and engaging and amended my watch bracelet in less than 5 minutes. If you're looking to purchase any jewelry, particularly a watch- I suggest you visit T.H. Baker, a mere 50m away from Ernest Jones; a far more pleasurable experience.
I have purchased several Watches for myself and several Jewellery items for my wife, from Ernest Jones in cascades now and have been served by every member of staff. I never usually write reviews but the team in here are just amazing today I took a faulty Breitling back went to exchange for the same watch then changed my mind on another model, even though Lucinda had adjusted the strap for me she was still happy too exchange and nothing was too much hassle. The staff couldn’t of been more helpful I have received perfect service every time and would never buy another watch from anywhere else now.
Excellent service from the team here. I'd been on a list for a specific watch for a few months and was contacted when one became available so I could arrange a time and date to collect it. Dealing with the team both over the phone and in person was a pleasure, very friendly and helpful, can't fault them at all, worth the 3 hour trip down to the store. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
Purchased my fiancées engagement ring and found the staff very helpful and polite. We have been to the shop 4 times for various reasons (buy, collect, clean). Lady who sold me the ring remembered me, even over a year and half later. The ring we ordered arrived in a day..amazing!
