   Review for Pandora Store (Commercial Road, Portsmouth, UK) Good morning, I am leaving this review in hopes that Pandora will address the situation I experienced and perhaps consider additional training for their staff, particularly store managers, to ensure such incidents don’t happen to others. As a loyal customer who has been purchasing gifts for my wife and kids for years, I had an unpleasant experience today at your store on Commercial Road, Portsmouth. I arrived, waited in the queue, and noticed that there was no one ahead of me. While other staff members were assisting customers, I saw two workers chatting with each other. I approached them to ask a simple question. One of the workers kindly answered me, but the other—who turned out to be the store manager, Rachel—came over and told me that I should have waited in the queue as per store policy. I explained that I had waited in the queue and simply wanted to ask a quick question because I was in a rush. Despite this, her tone and manner were dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the situation calmly and courteously, her approach felt abrupt and unwarranted. As a store manager, Rachel should exemplify professionalism and provide a welcoming environment for customers, but this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. If possible, I recommend reviewing the CCTV footage from the time of my visit to better understand the situation. I don’t know if her reaction was influenced by my appearance (perhaps the hat or jacket I was wearing), but her demeanor was far from what I’d expect from someone in her position. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this store in the future. I hope Pandora will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer

   Had a lovely experience in Pandora today with my little girl. The lady serving us named Megan D was so welcoming and brilliant with my 9 year old. Even though it was busy she showed her all the charms of interest and then wrote her wish list for Santa. Couldn’t recommend Megan enough. Pandora is lucky to have found such a charming and friendly member of staff.

   Been coming to this Pandora for years and usually dress in somewhat expensive clothes today however I was dressed very casual and the staff acted like I didn’t even exist no longer coming here

   Fairly helpful. I was made to wait ages as some skanky old man pushed in, but that isn't so much the shops fault, however the gorgeous sales assistant wasn't paying attention and I was left standing there to wait. Eventually I was served and was showed everything I wanted to see, except the girls phone number (she really was stunning). I like the e receipt and hard copy. If the amazing sales girl still works here, it's worth going in just to see her.
