“We went to Claire’s in Whiteley today for my 8 year old daughter’s first ear piercing and couldn’t be happier with our experience. James was so lovely and put her totally at ease, getting rid of her nerves by asking lots of questions and making her laugh. The piercing area was private enough not to feel overlooked which was great as I think this is sometimes a bit overwhelming. We were there around 25 minutes or so and didn’t feel rushed at all which I think is so important. James left us feeling fully informed of aftercare, and we have one very happy little girl with a lovely pair of sparkly diamond studs. I would definitely recommend/return to this branch for piercing.”
