One star is for convenience. Took very valuable solitaire in for repair and sizing. Received ring back in unsatisfactory condition. When inspected by a third party, ring shoulder found to be split and not soldered properly. Very reluctant to take it back and will now have take it to another jeweller for restoration. Will never use jeweller again or recommend to others
