The young lady who did them was lovely and polite My daughter was very nervous but the girl who dealt with her was very patient so thank you.    Popped in to grab some basic hoops. The store assistant (a woman with really cool makeup and piercings) explained I could get a better deal with the 3 for £18 offer and that they wouldn't tarnish. She had to explain a few times actually as I had a really long morning and kept zoning out haha, but she was really patient with me. I've had them in since that day and my sensitive ears haven't itched or turned green!

   Absolutely wonderful service. I travelled all the way to this store looking for a specific pair of earrings that I saw on the website. They weren’t on any of the shelves so I asked for some help finding them from the store assistant, she was so much help. Spent ages looking for them with me on the shelves and then searched through the cupboards for ages until she found them. The customer service was incredible. The jewellery is really well made considering how low the prices are, I actually came out with 2 bracelets, and 3 pairs of earrings. All for £10. Will definitely buy from here again ❤️

   My mum and I visited yesterday to look for jewellery, they had a massive range at reasonable prices. When we were there we enquired about the piercings- which were free with the purchase of the piercing jewellery. We left and said we’d think about it. We came back three minutes later! We dealt with Kelly and she was absolutely lovely, she was the only one working for a while on a busy Saturday but we can’t fault her customer service at all!! My mum and I ended up leaving with a helix piercing each that day!!! We were given lots of aftercare advice and Kelly was great with helping us know what to do :) So far, we’ve had no adverse affects from the piercings :) Would definitely recommend a visit x
