    Highly recommended I’ve dealt with Andrew in the past, and more recently Natalie with ref to Rolex purchases. The store is immaculate with the level of service and attention to detail you would expect. Natalie, as store manager, is excellent. Her approach, friendliness and product knowledge is second to none and she is clearly passionate about her work. I could not recommend John Pass any more than I do, and would not entertain placing my business anywhere else.

    I’ve only been using John Pass Jewellers for a short time after moving from a jeweller in Nantwich, but every visit here makes me feel so special. The team are always welcoming and genuinely care about their customers — it already feels like I’ve been coming here for years! It’s a lovely family-run business with outstanding customer service.     I’ve been a customer of John Pass Jewellers for many years (35 in total), and they have never failed to impress me. Every watch or piece of jewellery I’ve purchased has been of the highest quality and truly timeless. What sets them apart, though, is their service. They genuinely care about their customers, treating you like an VIP and always taking the time to listen, guide, and make sure you leave with something you absolutely love. Whether it’s a special gift, a custom piece, or simply a repair, they handle everything with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Nothing is a problem to them. They are always quick to respond to emails and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewellery or watches — they’re simply amazing! A special mention has to go to Caroline, Matt and Natalie who go above and beyond to provide that VIP experience. They are an absolute asset to Andrew.     I had an appointment with Paul at John Pass Jewellers in Newcastle yesterday afternoon. I visited to purchase a new Omega Seamaster Professional 300M (to twin with my existing Omega Seamaster Professional "Moonwatch". The appointment was made with VERY short notice & Paul did everything in his power to provide me with the perfect luxury watch buying experience. The basic functions of the watch were demonstrated & the bracelet was expertly resized while I waited. I'd like to thank Paul & the team at John Pass Jewellers in Newcastle for their ongoing excellent service & ideal customer experience.
