   I have been a loyal customer of Thomas Glover for over two years now, and they have never disappointed. I first approached Thomas Glover to purchase a vintage Rolex watch, and both Andrew and Catherine were incredibly helpful and considerate throughout the buying process. Since then, I have returned to Thomas Glover for a number of vintage watch repairs, all of which I have been tremendously happy with, most notably including the repair of my great-great-grandfather's watch from the 1920s, which Andrew took great care in restoring from total disrepair to fantastic condition. I cannot recommend Thomas Glover enough.

   Wonderfully helpful people and not over priced. I initially chose Thomas Glover after asking for advice regarding ring resizing, they were so knowledgable about the style of ring and the impact of resizing beyond a certain level. They have since had the same ring back for another repair and done an incredible job.    I can't recommend Thomas Glover enough! I'm so glad I found this gem of a shop. Andrew was so kind and patient helping me find the perfect engagement ring. He let me try on a range of different styles and was very knowledgeable about the history of each piece. It's obvious that they are really passionate about what they do. I fell in love with a beautiful art deco diamond solitaire ring (completely different from what I thought I wanted!). The customer service and communication was fantastic. I look forward to purchasing my next piece of jewellery from Thomas Glover soon :-)

   We bought a beautiful antique sapphire and diamond engagement ring from Thomas Glover. We spotted the ring on the website but visited the shop to see the ring and try it on. Catherine and Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. In addition to resizing the engagement ring they also created 2 fabulous gold wedding rings from 3 wedding rings originally belonging to great grandparents.
