   I brought my Seiko automatic watch to Bartletts a few months ago to be regulated (as my watch was losing 25 seconds per day). They regulated my watch over 2 visits (as expected for a precision adjustment). On both times I went there I was served immediately. I could see what he was doing through the window, he was very careful and could tell he clearly has decades of experience with watch repair and maintenance.

They talk you through your options and are open about costs involved in the work needing to be done. They don't just have jewelery either but a lovely selection of high-quality soft toys

   What a jewel on the high street this place is. The expertise inside belies the shop size. We lost ALL our wedding jewelry from 25 years ago (long story). Bartlett's carefully and sympathetically produced copies of our originals by perusing poor quality, old video clips and used their knowledge, skill and enthusiasm to produce replicas. We never thought we could think of replacements as fondly as the originals but thanks to the care and precision from Bartletts, we are already very attached to the new pieces and the new chapter in their story which they were able to create. Bartlett's have also used their history and expertise to repair watches that many other jewellers wouldn't even attempt. Despite their amazing service, prices appear competitive and can be trusted. Thank you Bartlett's. Long may you continue exactly as you are.
