“Honestly couldn’t recommend oli enough, did an amazing job with my septum. Had bad expierence with a different place and it was infected. Oli however was awesome, explained my piercing and everything I’d need after it. And even when I had an issue with the jewellery after, oli was more than happy to help me with it. “If you’re looking to get your child’s ears pierced this is definitely the place. I took my 7 year old daughter here today after many recommendation’s and I’m so glad I did. Vicky was absolutely amazing with my daughter who was a little nervous and did such an incredible job at calming her. She put on her favourite music and gave her a sweet which was such a nice touch. Overall it was an amazing experience, done so smoothly and efficiently but not rushed. All the other ladies in the store were so lovely too. My daughter is so happy with her new earrings. “Had an excellent experience buying an engagement ring from Fraser Bell, Simon was excellent throughout the process, really listened to what I wanted and took time to order in different diamonds for comparison so I was able to get the perfect one and make a bespoke ring. Phil was also excellent every time I came in, really friendly and welcoming. Price was also excellent and I was able to get a much better ring than high street shops were offering for less. “I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. Bought a lovely dress for holiday. There is an area to try clothes on, so I got to check it would fit before I bought. The shop owner was lovely, very helpful. My purchase was beautifully gift wrapped, a complimentary jewellery cleaner kit was included and the final nice touch was a lovely bottle of bubbly, a gift for my mums birthday. Really lucky to have such great shops in our town.”

“For my first tattoo, this was the most perfect place, patient with the tattoo designing, I had Mike doing my first ever tattoo on my chest, and didn't sugar coat about how much it woukd hurt which prepared me for it, Mike kept me calm by talking and making jokes and letting me know what was happening, I am 100% coming back for future tattoos, and after I was done, I was offered an aftercare leaflet and some ointment to look after the tattoo, and it was extremely cheap, I'm looking forward to becoming a regular here”

He went through all our options, she picked the watch for her but we needed to order 2 extra links, this was done, I was contacted and informed that the links had arrived via text message. I went in today (15/6/25) to collect the watch, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman, apologies I didn’t catch his name. Both him and Hannah were a delight. “Excellent service. Ordered an item at lunchtime on Wednesday, it arrived within 24 hours - couldn’t ask for more! The garment itself was excellent, the second I’ve bought. I’ve worn the first for 3 years for golf, it’s had a rough time but shows no sign of wear. I’m 6ft 5 tall and the length is amazing - no cold back when I bend down! And then there’s the price - just seen a very similar item in a major sports retailer with a Puma badge on it for more than double the price.”
