I had top service today from the two staff members. I turned up quite late and it was a fairly humble purchase of a watch but they dealt with it expertly even adjusting the bracelet in the blink of an eye. I will definitely consider coming here again for my next purchase.
We had a lovely experience choosing wedding rings with Lita. We were quick in making the decision from the nice choice available. She was professional, personable and really made the experience special. My ring was in store, she spent time shining the ring to look immaculate for purchase. We bought our rings in April 2024 and I would definitely return if I have more jewellery or gifts to buy in future. Also very nicely presented rings in a blue box with a lovely high quality blue bag with a bow.
I took my wife to Ernest jones in Chester today with a view to purchasing an eternity ring for our 30th anniversary, from the off we were put at ease by our sales lady called Lita, she had great knowledge of the products and was very professional but very friendly and pleasant and helpful with it, nothing was too much trouble and we had a very nice experience as we were not put under any pressure to purchase , we did make a purchase and would definitely go back again in the future, highly recommended, thank you for a lovely experience, we would also like to thank Andrew the store manager who was also a very nice person to deal with
