   My Fiance used H Samuels do design her engagement ring. The service at the Chester branch was superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. Jenna was extremely helpful and really made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. My fiance is now looking to get some more custom made jewelry to match her ring as the whole process felt very special and so nice to have a bespoke piece of jewelry. I can't recommend the Chester branch highly enough as everyone we delt with there was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you H Samuels and Chester.

   The Chester branch is so nice. I have been served twice by Clarissa, she was so helpful and kind and most of all patient with me. I wanted a gold chain and couldn't decide which one. Clarissa made sure I got the one I wanted. She's lovely and I recommend you go and take a look in the shop, you won't be disappointed.

   My husband bought me an eternity ring today and we were served by Kelly. The service was just excellent. She was knowledgeable, kind, very easy to be with and gave advice that we really valued. I left with a ring that I'm absolutely delighted with and feel the design just couldn't be better with my wedding band and in colour that is absolutely right.    A lovely lady called Jemma helped me replace my ring through my insurance the stone came out of my ring and she helped me call the insurance company to get the information needed and also helped me to pick items for replacement and gave her advice on what she thinks would suit me and also gave me ideas for what I could get with the remainder of the allowance she was very kind and professional will definitely return as she is a credit to the store and the brand

   I went into the shop on Monday to get an engagement ring and a watch that i had seen on the website. The sales assistant Peter (i think that was his name he had a Mustache) was absolutely amazing, he sorted everything out for me there and then and answered the thousands of questions i had for him. Process took about 15 mins and i walked out the shop buzzing at how easy the whole thing was even thought i was stressing about it all the night before.
