    Absolutely dreadful service by only staff in there and he was the store manager Mike!!!….his attitude and arrogance was diabolical I have never ever received such poor customer service anywhere before than I did here this morning…..rude, vile man!!! I will never shop in here again!!!

    Today at 12 i went to return a dehumidifier where the lady said i have 45 days to return the item where on the site it clearly states its 12 months the workers need to be educated on time periods of returns

    They lost a parcel I'd had delivered there and the manager was absolutely the least helpful person I've encountered in that role, she made me talk to eBay to sort it out, I assume because she is incompetent and unable to solve the problem, argumentative, condescending, and basically rude and with no customer service skills, I wouldn't recommend people who's business is online etc, I'm glad it was something that wasn't valuable this time, eBay are launching an investigation into their logistics at that end after the phonecall the manager instigated which I'm glad of. UPDATE the manager at the neston store has been hoarding my eBay parcels and then sending them back because I had the nerve to ask her to check twice for a past one they lost somehow after registering it ready for collection, I've lost hundreds because of a personal vendetta she apparently has. She has only been rude and unhelpful and now this happens?! I've called the police

    This Argos closes at different times. Sometimes 9.15pm, 9.40pm etc, never stays open until 10pm although the staff are still about.
