   Fantastic customer service yesterday. We popped by to look at at watch for my husband, Laura was so helpful in advising us on what would suit our needs & budget. She was so helpful we actually purchased a second watch for me too (I unusually buy online as sales are usually too pushy with their recommendations - this was not the case here) We felt like valued customers & will certainly be returning for future purchases.

   If I could give 10 stars for the service I received from this superb jewellers I would. We bought a beautiful ring from here and Paula served me, she was so professional and friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Infact all the staff there are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely buy from here again as this standard of customer care is very rare nowadays.    I recently visited the store to get a watch of much sentimental value repaired that had been damaged by another company. Emily was superb and looked after everything with kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, funny and lovely to chat with, and got everything organised in no time. Also a thank you to Nikki and Paula who also helped.

   We visited the warrington store and we was instantly looked after by Paula. She was a great help in choosing just the right ring. She took time to ensure we were happy with our purchase and any question we had were answered quickly and was made to feel at ease. We needed the ring resizing and it takes 3 week but we needed it for our holidays just 2 weeks away. Nikki,paula and the team went the extra mile to ensure we had the ring in time. The quality of the sales team in my oppinion is second to none. The jewellery is also fabulous. We could not of gone to a better shop... absolutely perfect from start to finish. Thank you so much.    I went to chrisholm hunter in Warrington golden square. Last place after looking in all jewellers and the service was amazing I'm comparison to the others, they didn't rush you. Listened to you and were very polite and full of amiles. They helped me look at engagement rings until I made a choice. The 8 week wait they kept me updated by calling me and kitting me know the ETA on the ring. I was ready earlier than expected and when I collected it you sit down and are presented with e erything. The ring, a diamond certificate, diamond passport and lovely bag and case for the ring. Every member of staff were brilliant, the ones who I interacted with the most were Emma and Laura amazing service and lovely people. Highley recommend!

   I highly recommend Chisholm Hunter. The service we received from the team at their Warrington branch, and in particular Laura, was absolutely first class. Having booked an appointment through their website, I needed to change the time. Not a problem. One of the watches I wanted to view wasn't in stock at that particular branch. Not a problem. We were served promptly on our arrival and provided with drinks and a very personalised service. We spent an hour or so looking at and trying on various watches, discussed various options, were never made to feel rushed and there was no hard sell. I went in with my mind almost certainly made up on one particular watch, yet we came out that one and 2 others! Fair play. From our own first hand and first time experience of this jewellers, we can only highly recommended them and thank Laura for her time and assistance.
