   We bought a London Clock Company (Magnum 03132) clock online from E.S. Rigby and Sons. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The ordering was a seamless process and they kept me fully informed throughout. The clock arrived the day after it was despatched. It had been extremely carefully packed and included the invoice and care instructions, along with a handwritten footnote thanking us for making the purchase and a phone number for us to get in touch if we have any problems.

   Amazing aftersales service from Jason! I bought a watch online for my wife which she was delighted with. After a few months it stopped, obviously the battery. Contacted Jason who asked for it to be returned. He replaced the battery and posted it out same day, all at no cost to me. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for online sales.    Purchased a clock for my parents golden anniversary, it was sent quickly despite the lockdown, it was packed very well with clear instructions, my parents are not tech savy so it was great to see that they could understand the instructions. The clock looks great on their mantlepiece and they are over the moon with it. I did call the store to find out when it was due to be delivered and the gent was very helpful and gave me the time when it was due to be delivered, even though I had no order number to hand. This company really seem to appreciate the orders and care about their customers, will definitely use them again.
