“Such an awesome idea. This art cafe is great for a range of drinks and snacks. Great friendly staff and in a very gorgeous part of Chester. You can paint pottery while having a drink and they then fire it for you. Perfect for a date, friends or a party. Highly recommended”

“We had an outstanding customer experience today at the Chester branch thanks to Sammy Jo. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were there to buy a watch for my wife and the patience she showed us to make sure we chose the right one was excellent. She went multiple times to different display cabinets and even modelled watches herself for us and at no point did we feel any pressure to buy. Her knowledge of each of the different models and brands of watches was first class. We left with a beautiful watch and happy feeling. Would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be back. Joanne and Toni were so very helpful, my repair was booked in, and they also put my spare links onto my watch without any charge. “I went in to Goldsmiths looking for a particular type of necklace, a lovely sales assistant asked if I needed any help. I showed her the necklace I wanted on their website and she told me they didn't have that one in stock, so she checked online and said she could have it delivered to my address the following day. She was really helpful. My necklace came and unfortunately I had to return it as it was shorter that I expected it to be.”

“The necklace I got from yourselves in 2023 was insured, however I lost my receipts. Having found out as much information as I could it still wasn’t enough to get a replacement on the insurance (it was unfixable). However, Lisa in the store went above and beyond in helping me (I had also been in a couple of times trying to sort this, but she told me what information I needed) to be able to get the replacement. It took her a long time and a lot of effort of looking through the till, and ringing up the insurance company, but never once did she look flustered or fed up of helping me to be able to get the necklace. All the time she had a smile on her face. Great member of staff at the store and a lovely lady. Would make a great detective. Thank.”

“Visited the Fossil Cheshire Oaks store earlier today met with absolutely 10/10 service from Jane. I definitely feel brilliant service should be acknowledged and Jane couldn't have been more helpful. I visit the store every two years or so to buy a watch as the quality and service is always second to none. This time wasn’t too keen on any of the watches on display so asked if they were all and was shown some from the back that hadn’t long been delivered to the store. In the end choosing and purchasing one I was shown then also having it engraved too. Thanks again will definitely be back next time.”
