I went in to Goldsmiths looking for a particular type of necklace, a lovely sales assistant asked if I needed any help. I showed her the necklace I wanted on their website and she told me they didn't have that one in stock, so she checked online and said she could have it delivered to my address the following day. She was really helpful. My necklace came and unfortunately I had to return it as it was shorter that I expected it to be.
Goldsmiths is my go to boutique, as a watch lover I find the staff in there excellent, especially Kai at Cartier and Clare at Rolex next door. Both are excellent ambassadors for Goldsmiths as a whole and their individual brands. I always feel welcome and love talking to fellow watch lovers, the staff always look after me, and I will always pop in if I'm nearby, such is my fondness for the store.
I truly had a great experience thanks to Clare in the Rolex team. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying my new watch. She took the time to show me around the showroom, answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling pressured. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to mention the Rolex Manager, George, who was equally excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran seamlessly alongside Clare. His calm and professional manner added to the overall positive experience, and it was clear that both he and Clare genuinely care about providing exceptional service. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and couldn’t recommend the team here more. Thank you both so much again!

I recently purchased a watch from here and the salesperson Ian was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful throughout. I had to wait for my watch to come into store and as soon as it did I got a call to come in and collect. Great buying experience all round.
Really very disappointed by poor servise. Was dissapointed on many levels. Only been dealing on phone, once they hanged up on me. Then been promised call back which never happened. Never even managed to see item, suppose was only 'cheap' not enough sale for them. Yet another promise we will call you when it will be here. Never happened, i called multiply times and never received call about item i was interested in arrived in store. Never again!
Been to their store to register for the Rolex oyster perpetual watch. Mr Ian assisted me with the same and he has been great! They did not fail to attend me even on a busy day. Extremely happy with his service!
