Went yesterday to get the other side of a necklace engraved after accidentally skipping out on the option to do so. The manager was understanding and said I could get it done free of charge as a one off. Customer Service was great too, much better than the Warrington Store. Definitely recommend this store.
This was my second visit to the store this year, and once again, the customer service was excellent. Today at Pandora, I was served by a young lady, aptly named Pandora, who gave fantastic service. She didn’t rush me, was so kind, and made the experience really enjoyable. A true credit to the team – well done! I’ll definitely be returning soon.
Went in on Tuesday while I was back in St Helens visiting family as my ring has discoloured massively and started turning my finger green, the woman (tall and blonde) I spoke to im assuming was the manager or assistant manager was lovely and helpful, she explained what the issue was and how to get it sorted at the branch near where I live as I didn't have time to get it sorted in there. I went to the branch near mine and they flat out refused to help me so looks like I'll be travelling back up to St Helens to get it sorted. Went in today with my cousins boyfriend helping him pick out his promise rings for her birthday and we're so stuck on which rings to get her. The worker there (I think her name was Freya I'm so sorry if that's wrong!) pointed out a heart with with a blue stone wishbone to go with it. Her help was so much needed and she was so lovely to talk to. Amazing customer service couldn't thank her and the store enough!
Had a lovely encounter with a great sales lady called Amanda yesterday. I initially went in for a ring and left with a bracelet with some lovely charms. Each time I have visited this store the workers are always so polite and quick to assist, not to mention the cleanliness of the shop is remarkable and always looks neat and polished. I bought a beautiful charm in October 22 that fell apart and just been into the shop the lovely girl changed it and even put it on my bracelet. The staff are all so lovely in the St helens branch
