   I don't usually give reviews but I feel that the young lady who served me on Saturday afternoon deserves some praise. I took a pair of sentimental earrings back that my mum bought me before she passed away one of them was bent as it kept getting caught on my scarf. The lady offered to try and fix them but couldn't. So I was offered a new pair in exchange. I was so touched by her kind gesture and I was quite upset in store. She was very kind and helpful. Just sorry I didn't get her name. But thank you! X

   Was really excited that my husband had promised me a new engagement ring. We chose a beautiful ring which the lady that served us said it was the right size for me. However having tried it on it was evident that it was too big. I wore it for an hour and then just again to take back but the after service is much more abrupt than before hand!! It was now tough and we couldn't exchange for a smaller size, and it would have to be sent away to be resized but would take a month!!! Hardly great service, sorry but after the amount spent we won't be returning. They didn't even remember us although it had only been two days. Luckily they didn't have the wedding ring which I then purchased from H Samuel, much more pleasurable experience

   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My fiancé proposed to me with a ring he bought from Warren James on December 25, 2020, but we found out it was bigger than my finger. When we went back to the shop to change it to one that fit my finger, one of the staff said they couldn’t because there were “scratches” on the ring which THERE WASN’T AT ALL. No warranty, no solution, just very poor service. She kept arguing with us that there wasn’t anything she could do because she “couldn’t sell to another customer”. I only wore this ring for 2 hours but couldn’t return it immediately because it was the weekend, so we went on Monday, the 28th, just three days later!!! Finally she said she could TRY to send it to the repair team but it would take over a month to get it sized but my wedding was due in January, 2021. I ended up spending £50 getting my ring resized at another shop (Gibney’s Jewellers). Long story short, I really expected better from the almighty ‘Warren James’ because I have always adored their jewellery and I had longed to wear their brands, but I must confess I was and am still very highly disappointed. I have decided never to buy from them again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

   I have bought several items from Warren James and have found the service very good. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Added to the fact that the jewellery is a very reasonably priced, makes for a pleasant experience.
