    Excellent service when getting a ring repaired. Lovely staff and good communication when quoting for repair. The young lady with long blonde hair (I didn’t get her name) was friendly and helpful. Offering to polish my wedding ring when I commented on my ring looking dull next to repaired ring was unexpected but lovely. Overall, very pleased with the service.

    I went into the goldsmiths store knowing which rings I wanted to try on with my engagement ring. Libby had them all waiting for me, I tried them on but I think she could tell I wasn't 100%.     Wow what can I say..the service here has been amazing! My now fiancé got my engagement ring from here and Leroy was amazing. When we went in to get it re-sized Lauren was fantastic and made us feel very special. The final cherry on the cake was that the ring was back within 2-3 days which is outstanding!
