   Absolutely amazing, I cannot thank you enough, such lovely people. I called just after 11am, same day fix and was home just after 12pm. Struggled to find them but I know where they are now when I need anything jewellery related, I will be telling family and friends too. My son’s 18th birthday gift is now complete and ready for his birthday. Thank you so much.

   I have visited JP Williams many times for rhodium plating of my engagement and wedding rings and for insurance valuation letters. I also had to call on his expertise recently to replace a diamond that I had lost from my engagement ring. He work is excellent, prices are really good and overall really reliable and honest. Check opening hours before you visit as they are limited.

   Another local jeweller recommended J P Williams to me because they were able to do repairs quickly. I went into see them cause my dad's wedding ring needed altering, it was much too big. I explained the situation, he was very ill in hospital. They were both sensitive and professional, and advised me that they would be able to alter it within an hour. I collected it later and was able to put it on my dad's finger. Sadly, he passed a couple of days later, but I am so grateful for your help in allowing me to get the ring altered in time. Would highly recommend.

   I was over the moon when Mr Williams repaired my engagement ring by creating a wider shank and resetting all the diamonds in the shoulders last year. He has also done a lot of repairs and resizing of jewellery for my mum and his prices have been incredibly fair. This is the only place I will take any of my jewellery to be repaired and serviced in Chester.

   Although I rarely write reviews, I thought it necessary to do so for my experience with J.P.Williams. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding, I was so surprised that I could have one ring repaired and another one resized by four or so sizes done with in a few hours at an outstanding price. The letters addressed to mr Williams thanking him for his work located on the wall inside really say it all to be honest. I will make sure that I go nowhere else for all my jewellery needs, and I look forward to coming back again and again. Absolutely faultless.

   Excellent quality repairs at a realistic price. Went to J. P. Williams after reading many positive reviews about his work. I needed a diamond replacing in a trilogy ring that I'd bought online and Mr Williams sourced and fitted a diamond of perfect match in size and clarity. He also straightened a diamond eternity ring that had been damaged by a previous repairer. The prices Mr Williams charged for the work was exactly what I was expecting to pay and seeing the superb standard of workmanship I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Very highly recommended.

   After having my rings rhodium plated a couple of times i decided to have them copied and made out of platinum. JP Williams were able to take a perfect mould of both rings and reset the diamond into the new setting. The results were absolutely beautiful and I was extremely happy with the results. Always a great price and excellent service, i would thoroughly recommend JP Williams.
