   While on holiday recently my little g/son shut the car door on my hand by accident and badly damaged my engagement ring. It was that bad we thought it was irreparable but took it to Jewellery by Design, the staff where friendly & professional. When I got the ring back they did an amazing job and the ring was as good as new. Would definitely recommend this business.

   I went in today. 23/3/19 and I was greeted with a smile. I went in and asked about there ring resizing. I was quoted a very reasonable price of £45 to have my white gold ring down sized by two. They then told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I paid for it before I left. (You can do this on collection) I arrived exactly 45 minutes later (I was in a rush to get my ring back) lol. The gentalman who resized the ring was very plesent and helpful. The two member of staff who I interected with gave excellent customer service.

   I have recently bought my daughter a beautiful ruby ring for her 21st from Jewellery by Design in Birkenhead. The staff were amazing as ever and i couldnt be more happy with the ring. We were spoilt for choice as all the jewellery is fantastic and of the best quality. I have shopped here many times and will be returning for sure.
