   I visited your shop recently and really loved some of the stones I purchased. I had asked at the till for them to be packaged separately, as one was for my daughter and one was for my son. However, although I was given some tissue paper for one, I was asked to put the other back in the same bag. In the end, both pieces ended up packaged together. I found this a little unusual, especially in a shop that sells such spiritual and meaningful items. I had hoped for a more thoughtful touch, especially since the stones were for my children. It felt more like a business transaction than the warm, loving energy I usually associate with your shop. I just wanted to share this feedback, as I truly value the space you’ve created and the items you offer.

   Highly Recommend . Staff go above and beyond. Very friendly and very helpful. Made me very welcome and helped me to relax. Beautiful crystals. I went back 3 days in a row. Each time I saw something I had missed the day before. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the crystals.Staff even let me hold the ones I was drawn too. I bought quite a few. Far better than buying on line. I will definitely visit again next time I come across. Caroline

   Brilliant crystal shop located in the Albert Dock. The staff are always friendly and they welcome any questions you may have. They stock a wide variety of crystals, which are very beautiful. They range from a few pounds to several hundred, depending on your budget. I was after a crystal for my mum for Xmas and I found just what I was after, which I think she will love. I also bought a few others for myself. Definitely worth a visit ✨

   Visited in November with my 8 year old daughter. Staff members were staring at myself and daughter and followed us around the store. My daughter kept asking me why was the lady following us because she was scared. Overpriced and overrated stock. Didn’t bother buying anything as it would probably break. Avoid and go somewhere else. As a store you need to invest in what customer service is. Your attitude is shocking.
