“Until I discovered Krugers I had lots of nice jewellery which I couldn't wear for one reason or another: too big, too small, too fiddly to do up, broken, missing bits etc. I've asked them to do all sorts of things: to make my chains easier to put on and off: to turn stud earrings into droplets, to change the size and width of my rings, and to mend broken necklaces. Although involving quite a lot of complicated delicate work, I've always been delighted with the result, and pleasantly surprised at the price. If something isn't absolutely right, they'll give it another go until it is. I have to say I haven't actually bought anything from them yet, but some of their pieces are very tempting.”
