   My husband and I discovered Kruger’s in 2021 when we were looking to get my engagement ring (a family ring) resized. The service and advice we received was so good that when it came to looking for someone to make our wedding bands we couldn’t not go for Kruger’s. They really have been excellent throughout the process. The rings are beautiful and the whole experience of getting our rings was one of the most enjoyable parts of our wedding planning. They gave us the time and helped us to work out what design and metal we wanted, showed us the rings at different stages of the process, and in general always had really interesting conversations with us when we popped in. They also cleaned my engagement ring just before the wedding and even cleaned up my mum’s rings before the day too. Really a great jewellers and clearly passionate in what they do.

   Fantastic friendly, extremely useful advice given....free of charge!! Went in to get help sizing up a ring I was buying online (from another jewellers), for a present for my wife’s birthday. The lady behind the counter was really patient and took time to guide me with something I would be totally lost with in all honesty. I’ll happily recommend them to friends and family.    Bought my wife's engagement ring here, then both our wedding rings. Several charms and other small pieces over the years. Recently had both wedding rings and engagement ring resized following weight loss. Always received a excellent, personal and friendly service. The quality of jewelry and craftpersonship is second to none. This is and always has been (12yrs) my jeweller's of choice.

   Until I discovered Krugers I had lots of nice jewellery which I couldn't wear for one reason or another: too big, too small, too fiddly to do up, broken, missing bits etc. I've asked them to do all sorts of things: to make my chains easier to put on and off: to turn stud earrings into droplets, to change the size and width of my rings, and to mend broken necklaces. Although involving quite a lot of complicated delicate work, I've always been delighted with the result, and pleasantly surprised at the price. If something isn't absolutely right, they'll give it another go until it is. I have to say I haven't actually bought anything from them yet, but some of their pieces are very tempting.
