“Plus sized clothes for plus sized figure. These aren't small sizes that have been made bigger, they're actually designed for someone on the larger side. The staff are always really helpful and include a bra fitting service. I went in with my friend who is a wheelchair user and she was able to get a bra that actually fit, a nightie, and three tops that really suit her.”

“This is for the two lovely ladies who dealt with my “failed” refund today. You had a calm and composed manner about yourself. You did exceptionally well. The manageress had a lovely aura about her and was patient in explaining things. The other lady by the manageress was the same. Had the patience of a saint. All I wanted to say is sorry for being insistent. I shouldn’t have troubled you the way I did. I was just sad and disappointed. You were right all the way through and I am wrong. However, the young assistant who served lacked the minimum manners, knowledge about exchange policy and etiquette. I do not think she should be working in a customer service role. Not surprised there is another dissatisfied review about her. To the manageress “Thank you for your kindness. It’s probably a self-serving act to reject it. I should’ve rejected it a bit more politely”. To the lady who was with the manageress towards the end of the shift “Thank you for being patient and kind. If I didn’t write this review, I probably won’t be able to forgive myself.” All in all, you both were almost amazing at dealing with a difficult customer - “me”. Devoid of the prejudices and pre-conceptions, your service could’ve been perfect. To the young girl “This is not the job for you mate. Do yourself a favour and try something else which isn’t customer facing. Sorry once again. Hope you could forgive me.”

“Fantastic place, lots of little shops, the cafeteria is brilliant and not expensive, lots of good free car parking space, they have disabled parking and facilities. See the hand carved Gruffalo family and a Triceratops for the children to enjoy. There are also Artisan markets and outdoor shows coming soon. Nice for a trip out anytime but, especially on the market days.”

“We went to this store yesterday to look for our wedding bands, a blonde lady helped us try on a few different rings was very kind and patient with us. There was also another lady with light brown hair who was also very helpful. The blonde lady priased our children on how well behaved they were and even gave them chocolate for patiently waiting. “So...a few weeks ago I lost the Amethyst stone out of dads engagement ring which was given to me by my mum when dad passed. The ring has been such an important keep sake for me, as I believe it passes his spiritual energy to me as the wearer. So you can imagine how gutted I was when I lost the stone out of it, I rang every place where I had visited that day (even the bus company to which I had travelled on) however despite our collective best efforts, the Amethyst stone was never found. I cannot underestimate how upset and disappointed I was that it was lost forever. I did however still have the gold ring, so I went to Asko's Jewellers in the shopping city, to see if they could put another Amethyst stone in to replace, however due to the age of the ring and the softness of the gold, they unfortunately couldn't do it....however they did say that they could build over the area with the same carat gold, which held the original stone, and put another jewel embedded into the new piece of gold. I immediately replied YES YES THAT ONE, DO THAT PLEASE, :) and asked for a small blue Topaz stone (Dads birthstone) to be embedded into the gold. Anyway 2 weeks later, i've just picked it up, and I immediately teared up when the lovely lady at Askos handed it to me. Just look at the attention to detail on it. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement, and more importantly I've got dad back with me. Thank you to the Asko family who were not only sensitive to my needs but provided me with an exceptional service and product. X”
