A really great coffee shop. Where you can buy wonderful cheese with cheese biscuits and condiments to enhance the already fab flavours of the cheese . Then there’s that local gin, all varieties. “I visited The Rows Jewellers, Chester to purchase a ring for my wife and to have another redesigned. We dealt with Chetyn who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very professional in advising us on the new purchase and what could be achieved with the redesign of the other item. Both items needed laboratory work to prepare them to my wife’s specifications which included having gold from a sentimental piece of jewellery incorporated into one of them. Chetyn maintained contact throughout the process and we have very recently attended to collect the items. The whole process was excellent from start to finish and we can’t thank Chetyn enough for his expertise and the friendly and genuine way he dealt with us. My wife is delighted with the finished items and will forever cherish them.”

“This store always has exceptional customer service from the staff and a great range of clothes which I can be sure to find something I like. I went to this store on Saturday at 4pm. My 2 year old son had fallen asleep in the car and I hadn't brought a pushchair so decided to carry him as it was absolutely scorching hot, rather than us wait it out in the car. This meant I was carrying an extra 3 stone around whilst trying desperately to find something for to wear on Sunday. One of the staff first helped me by looking through sizes on a rail of dresses. Another lady then made a lovely comment on how cute my son looked. When I started to queue for the till the same lady asked for more staff on the till and then served me herself. By this time my back was in agony and it really hurt carrying my son round. These actions mean so much when out and about and it meant that I didnt have to stand, those extra few minutes, whilst carrying my son. I feel like it can be easy to be overlooked as walking round it wouldn't necessarily look like I'm in pain. The empathy and actions taken were above and beyond, in my opinion, I'm very grateful for the staff on Saturday, thank you.”
