Doing discount on a price they do not sell the item actually is very low for brand like ted baker. So the real discount was between 5 and 12%. So low!!!
So disappointed with this store. And was excited to visit this one. Not much on offer and only half the store womens. Most stuff was full price and for an outlet was gutted. Get better prices online.
If you are a big fan of Ted Baker, you won't be disappointed with the quality of the products and lower price.
Great selection, great staff. But I had to return to the till twice due to security tags left on items

Some beautiful items, expensive but you can get a bargain if your there at the right time.
All the staff we've come across are friendly and helpful, but a special shout out for Dawn, who resolved my girlfriend's damaged coat and managed to find her dream pair of shoes in the right size! Couldn't have been anymore helpful and always a pleasure to speak to. Great customer service is still alive, would give 6* if I could!
Loved this place, the lad serving could not do enough. Very polite, not pushy, just helped when needed. Great bargains with current 'buy one get one half price'. Thanks TB.
Some excellent stock and discounts available. I got a shirt for £50 from £89, the Mrs got nearly £100 off some trousers. Strange shop rules about only 1 person per changing room! (they are massive!) We were both trying on clothes and the girl never thought to put us in adjacent changing rooms, so there was a ridiculous display of us both shouting across the shop asking if it fitted and does it look ok. Bizarrely, this seemed much more acceptable to the workers
