   Lovely staff, kind and helpful, unfortunately the sheepskin mittens were of poor quality, wouldn't have lasted any time at all, they were inexpensive at about 25 squid but no good for me. They appeared to be a fine chamois leather with fleece glued to the inside of the mitten.

   Only place i can find decent clothes for my 9year old. She is tall and isn't ready for grown up clothes yet so there are some nice jeans with rainbows, glitter etc which she loves, its not too slutty, although you get the odd paid of inappropriate hot pants and the prices are great.

   I love their men's clothes. They have a great selection at good prices. I bought a long sleeved top for only £8.95 and I already have three! Their store in Cheshire Oaks is convenient because there's plenty of parking.

   Clean and well stocked shop. Only issue I had was the plain clothes store detective or shop worker ( blonde hair ) watching my every move which I thought wasn’t right! Went in with my daughter as she always wants to check h&m out. Apart from that, that’s the reason it doesn’t get full stars I’m afraid.

   I'm finding H&M really blame in colour at the moment and don't get me started on Thier sizing. If you want to feel bad about yourself go try on your size then find you have to go up and they don't do anything other than potato sacks or clown pants for you. I'm really disappointed. I can't fault their children's clothes but for adults, shocking!!!

   Wasn't allowed into changing room with child as one person only policy. Was intending to spend several hundred pounds on summer wardrobe for son. Walked out instead. Will go online instead.
