   Really Disappointed. It seems to be that if you are buying something here, on the day service is great! However, if you have paid close to £2k on a watch a few years back from here and need it to be looked at or serviced, they could not be any more disinterested/ rude (Middle aged lady black hair ,glasses.) Unfortunately, you have lost my custom, and you lost a sale for that particular day.

   We had amazing customer service yesterday from Alfie! We just popped in briefly to check out some wedding rings and while we were there he gave us the VIP treatment, offering us complementary prosecco and a cleaning service for my engagement ring. We hadn't planned to visit but decided to go inside on a whim whilst walking past and we're so glad we did! 10/10 experience, it really made us feel special. Thank you, Alfie!

   I had a fantastic experience at Chisholm Hunter in Chester, thanks to the outstanding service from Marie. She was amazing throughout—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I accidentally ordered the wrong size ring, but Marie made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally when it came to resizing. Her advice and customer care were second to none. I would highly recommend Marie and to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly, helpful atmosphere. Thank you again!

   I bought a watch for my 21st birthday. Katie and Richard were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they really gave that crucial human touch. I was able to try on a range of watches as I hadn’t decided on one yet. They really listened to me to help me make an informed decision.

   Brilliant, empathetic service. Ordered a ring to be made in September 2020 but shortly afterwards we went into lockdown. As it was being made in Scotland which was ‘closed’ for a longer period it wasn’t until May 2021 that it was ready. The staff at Chester were so amazingly apologetic and concerned about the delay, despite it being out if their control. They gave me a lovely bunch is flowers. I can’t speak highly enough if the service I received under the most difficult if circumstances. Thank you Chisholm Hunter.
