Broke my bangel ..took a piece of it..too short to be a bangel now .destroyed it ..took 15 pounds ..and gave me a quote of 200 plus ..would never recomend

Visited 4/2/24 for a replacement silver chain for a pendant of which I snapped. I was served by cashier AC. The lady could not I’ve been more helpful. She took time to match as best she could to the chain I snapped and treated me as if I spending £800 not £8. Thank you, will be returning to buy more jewellery.
Really professional and generally lovely bunch of staff! They helped me with everything I needed- including putting on my jewellery, pierced my ears efficiently and even gave me a solution bottle which made the £20 piercing worth it! Would recommend HIGHLY! Great quality stuff at such affordable prices !!!❤❤❤
You have just ruined my valentines day!!, My partner came in and purchased a necklace and matching bracelet which you told him was real sterling silver and was so cheap because it was preloved!!! No!!!! It was plastic tat! The look on my partners face when I had to break the news to him he'd been duped!! I best get refunded!
