I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark at Milton's to find a special ring, and I can't praise his service enough. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive and helpful. I was a little unsure of what I was looking for, but Mark patiently guided me through the different styles, metals, and stones, explaining the pros and cons of each in a clear and understandable way. He never rushed me, even though the store was busy, and he took the time to truly understand what I envisioned. What really impressed me was that Mark went above and beyond to help me find the ring. He listened carefully to my (sometimes rambling!) descriptions of what I wanted and even suggested some options I hadn't considered. When we couldn't find the exact setting I had in mind, he explored the possibility of customising a design, explaining the process and cost involved with complete transparency. He even sourced a specific gemstone I was interested in, which wasn't readily available in the store. Mark's knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm were outstanding. He made the whole experience so much less stressful and actually enjoyable! I'm absolutely thrilled with the ring we finally chose, and I'm so grateful to Mark for his exceptional service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery – he truly goes the extra mile. Thanks to Mark, I have the perfect ring and a wonderful memory of the experience.
