   Women with black bob accused us of jumping the queue, she then proceeded to ask us to leave the shop. Me and 2 of my friends were just looking for a charm but made this feel uneasy to do.

   Great location and on the face of it the place looks great. However it is more style over substance and the could do with a maintenance crew to blitz it. Poor shower head fixings, broken cupboard doors and many minor issues. The biggest issue during our stay was the fire alarm going off at 2:30am and the repeatedly for the next 90 minutes. It was a known fault in the restaurant attached to the building. No sleep that night. For the price it wasn’t great in my opinion.

   Great customer service from Tom. Tom assisted me in saving an order for an extra today after understanding my delay in picking up for an exchange. Tom was kind patient and understanding and I picked up the ring yesterday and was also very pleased with the lady who helped me yesterday. Thanks to both. Great customer service.

   Went into the store today and was served my a lovely young gentleman jordan he went out of his way to sort out my order for my surprises for my daughters and wife even picked out the best charms for them earrings and rings would just like to thank him for his help today he really appreciated what he did and how nothing was to much for him even though he was run of his feet with all other staff he took his time never rushed also the way he presented himself and the way he was dressed and put himself over everything was just perfect for me been a businessman myself

   Absolutely ridiculous service and support. I've placed an order for click and collect 3 charms and a braclet (the spend £99 and get the free braclet) and because one of the items weren't in stock they cancelled the braclet off. Spoke to customer service they wouldn't do anything they said I had to wait 55 working days for a redund or call the store. They gave me a number for the store which when you call it says they aren't available to answer. Googled the actual store number and they don't pick up. Disgusting service, why the he'll would I also want to buy charms without the braclet?????? Poor
