    My wife bought some clothes recently but on trying to return for a refund was told they don’t do refunds only exchange or gift card she’s now struggling to find suitable clothes to exchange for. Other shops always offer a refund very poor would not recommend.

    Quality of the clothes OK for the price. Staff very friendly but a bit obsessed with pointing out their return policy. Whilst I was there they refused to refund for a return of a purchase made on their website. Told the lady she could only have a gift card unless she posted it back to their warehouse.

    It was late afternoon when we visited the store. Asked if ok to try couple of bits on was told quite matter of fact that they were closing in 15 minutes and could do so if very quick. I put my item back on the rail but my daughter tried hers on and I returned what she did not want and then quickly paid for the item she did want. Just to get out quicker. I understand we a want to go home after working all day but feel they could have been slightly nicer.

    Only went in to have a look and bought a coat. For a small shop they have a lot of clothes and 3 changing rooms. I like that they put colours together on the rails but they usually only stock one of each size

    I have just visited the Roman Store in Chester and was greeted by a lovely lady ( think her name was Monique ) I was looking for a pair of cropped trousers to go with a top I had just bought. She was amazing- my top was put on a coat hanger and we proceeded around the shop to find the best colour trouser - give this lady a raise- excellent customer service . So nice to be served by happy , helpful friendly people. Thank you Monique.
