I had a great experience choosing my wedding ring at Clogau in Chester. Leigh was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient when helping me decide. Terrific customer service! The ring itself is of an exceptional quality and is a real treasure.
Absolutely top customer service. I went in the store with the hope of obtaining a new battery for my watch that I received as a Christmas gift last year. I left with a brand new watch! The store assistant was so helpful and I left feeling very happy and impressed with Clogau. Thank you.
Be careful of the staff at this establishment I have seen one them assault a member of the public outside the premises then do a runner when the police arrive, however the evidence is on YouTube let’s see them deny it was them shall we. Let’s see if the owner provides feedback to my comment and takes the appropriate action on the member of staff Thank you for the reply and appreciate that GDPR doesn’t allow specific detail of the ongoing “investigation “ but I assume to protect members of the public and also other staff on site that the individual in question has been suspended with immediate effect pending your investigation outcome. The outcome should be pretty simple in reality where the individual is dismissed and all detail passed to the police for them to take appropriate action.
I have just seen Absolutely shocking behaver by one of your staff (Leigh) assaulting a member of public, on youtube. this member of public was trying to make a citizens arrest when one of your staff assaulted him. disgusting behaviour!! will not be shopping here again at all!!!
Lovely ladies in store, very helpful and made really good conversation with me. Far more nicer than Broughton Park, would prefer to travel a little further for better customer service!
This has got to be one of the Worst Clogau stores, the ladies working there are always to busy talking amongst themselves even when you stand by them they will not offer to help you until they finished talking. They are dreadful in helping you with a purchase and i think they need to be retrained in there job . My personal opinion on this store
