   So...a few weeks ago I lost the Amethyst stone out of dads engagement ring which was given to me by my mum when dad passed. The ring has been such an important keep sake for me, as I believe it passes his spiritual energy to me as the wearer. So you can imagine how gutted I was when I lost the stone out of it, I rang every place where I had visited that day (even the bus company to which I had travelled on) however despite our collective best efforts, the Amethyst stone was never found. I cannot underestimate how upset and disappointed I was that it was lost forever. I did however still have the gold ring, so I went to Asko's Jewellers in the shopping city, to see if they could put another Amethyst stone in to replace, however due to the age of the ring and the softness of the gold, they unfortunately couldn't do it....however they did say that they could build over the area with the same carat gold, which held the original stone, and put another jewel embedded into the new piece of gold. I immediately replied YES YES THAT ONE, DO THAT PLEASE, :) and asked for a small blue Topaz stone (Dads birthstone) to be embedded into the gold. Anyway 2 weeks later, i've just picked it up, and I immediately teared up when the lovely lady at Askos handed it to me. Just look at the attention to detail on it. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement, and more importantly I've got dad back with me. Thank you to the Asko family who were not only sensitive to my needs but provided me with an exceptional service and product. X

   I had been searching all over to find a necklace which I was gifted years ago and I got so many compliments on. Ask'o Jewellers are the only jewellers I could find who stock it. I ordered it in Boxing day and it arrived 3 days later! Amazing I didn't expect it so quickly with the bank hols for Christmas and New Year. It was sent with a lovely hand written note thanking me for my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

   I travelled far and wide to help me match up a special expensive gold earring. The shop manager could not have been more helpful and polite. He went out of his way to get a matching limited edition gold earring made for a special person’s 50th birthday. It would have cost double the price to get a new set made and he was very honest telling me this. I was thrilled with the result as the earrings had to be gold plated to make them the same colour. The recipient will be thrilled with them. Thank you so much!

   I believe in buying local, this family run business goes the extra mile giving you that service that sadly some big companies don’t offer anymore. Having purchased many items over the years and recently purchased both engagement and wedding rings. Having spent time looking at the major high street retailers the advice and support Geeta gave was unbelievable.    Conman. My elderly father took my mother's chain in to get a link repaired the owner said it couldn't be done and pressured him to sell the chain that cost alot of money for £10 and pressured him to buy some cheap tat that was grossly overpriced. When i went back to get the chain less than 30 mins later he said unlucky I've already melted it down. The chain could of been repaired but the cheap conman of an owner just wanted to take advantage of someone to make a quick profit. Avoid this shop at all costs.
