   I went in this morning I was served by Ellie I asked for a necklace she took ages to get it as was talking to another colleague whilst looking for it she eventually came with it it was all tangled she was trying to untangle it but no joy after few minutes another lady came over think she was a boss ? She told her to go and get another one for me so she did that one was fine I asked about the length but she didn’t have a clue what size it was ? I then asked for a charm which she said wasn’t in stock the other lady said it is we have one so Ellie got it for me I asked for another one as it’s 3 for 2 which same again she said they didn’t have in stock ? I said I’ll order on line then she said there’s no point we have no stock it comes from this store I was undecided what to do then surprise surprise she said oh yeah we have one ? So I did get what I wanted eventually as for packing them in a bag she couldn’t fasten bag as it was too small items squashed in so she just left it gave it to me like it was I have had to gift bag them myself to make them more presentable I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service from Ellie as she didn’t have any knowledge of items sold and didn’t seem interested in helping me with my purchase maybe she needs more training and how to deal with customers who expect good customer service

   I ordered a click and collect on the website. 6 items in total and it was on the 3 for 2 offer. Only 2 items were available and 4 were cancelled by the store. I called into the Warrington store and explained I was due the 3rd item and could I pick it as they had cancelled all the other items on my order as none were in stock. The lady that dealt with myself was abrupt and said no she will have to cancel the entire order and I have to pay again to receive an item they had cancelled. Then pay for the order again to get the already paid for items. The lady didn’t offer much in the sense of customer service and I said just cancel it all. I then drove to Widnes store and received an outstanding service and spent a lot more money. 100% Widnes and Warrington needs a little more compassion

   I went in to buy a present for my wife today. I was asked was I ok t so and did I need any help when I walked into the empty store. I replied that I didn’t and was just having a look around to see what I wanted. I was then asked again by the next person if I needed any help to the same reply. I was then asked if I wanted anything taken out. I was then asked if I needed any help by the same person I had told no. I informed them that I couldn’t decide what to buy as I was being asked to many questions and not left alone. I’m all for customer service but if someone says no to the person you are working with don’t then ask them also I then left without buying anything.

   Been visiting this store for the past year even at Christmas time when was huge ques the staff are extremely helpful all have big smiles and very welcoming . Lucy is my favourite in store she’s excellent at her job very bubbly and professional. Well done Lucy keep up the good work. Always leaves me with a smile on my face. Thank you x

   Website is user friendly with a great selection of items both in the sale and full price. Visited the Warrington store in the lead up to Christmas which had plenty of friendly sales assistants making the whole process effortless. Visited the Manchester arndale store around the same time which was much the same.
