   I called and spoke to Jamie regarding an up and coming birthday in December, and asked if there was any possibility of my interest watch being available by then, and within twenty minutes of the call he phoned back and said would I like a trip to Chester this week to collect the watch. Absolutely fabulous service and Alex also was very helpful. Overall we are very pleased.

   I bought a Diamond tennis bracelet for £4000 worth £6000 according to Mappin & webb in 2022 now valued at £8000 in shop. I have since asked for an electrictronic receipt but not been given. I have tried to contact the shop , I've left messages to call me or email me. But nothing. I need to get to the bottom of it because I've had it valued and it's saying it's not worth more than £400. Please can someone reach out to me

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Gary who I initially registered my interest with and Alex, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were second to none. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions as well as both just being genuinely nice people to deal with. When I popped in today to see if there was any news I certainly didn’t expect to be walking out with my dream watch. Thank you again and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future!

   What a team! I buy all my watches, straps, links, diamonds from MW Chester. Alexander and David... really nice and polite. Great guys! Negative reviews are rubbish! I am at MW every other weekend and they treat everyone amazing! They employed their ex security guard to work in the shop. He was brilliant as security, but even better with customers. What a down to earth guy! Buy with Confidence!!!

   Very poor customer service from the Chester branch. Appointed to replace a Cartier watch here, was told by Bianca I would get a call later that day or day after still waiting now 3 days later. Not the best really, watch now bought from another store quick and efficient.
