    The first time I used this jewellers I was really pleased and it was important to me to support local businesses. Since my ring last went away it has never been the same. It came back with defects that were not present before it went away. I went back and explained and they denied any issue and told me I needed 4 new claws. They agreed to complete with a slight discount. It’s come back again, the job is really rough. The claws are sharp laddering all my clothes and another claw is already defective. I just feel my engagement ring is ruined. I hate to complain and wanted to sort it out the first time. I’m reluctant to bring it back again as every time it comes back worse.

    Just figured out that my wedding ring that I had made bigger "15 years ago", which was a 24 carrot gold ring "gifted to me by my dad" I realised today after taking it off for the first time. That is Infact an 18 carrot ring?? Very angry about what they've done! Can't believe it????????? Will be telling the police!

    Great service here. Replaced a diamond on my engagement ring, good communication and went above and beyond to locate a suitable replacement which was very nicely set. Also replaced a watch strap. Both times I've been impressed with the staff and the prices.
