What a wonderful experience ! I wanted some advice about some old jewellery of mine and my parents. David kindly came to my home and explained my options. He took it away and within half an hour, rang with a scrap value for the gold, which was very generous. I kept my Mothers rings, which were of sentimental value and some other items. David used an 18ct gold ring to resize my wedding, engagement and eternity rings which were returned to me within a week looking as new. I can now enjoy my rings instead of them sitting unloved in a drawer. They fit perfectly and sparkle again. Great communication throughout and myself and my husband found David to be lovely, honest and understanding to our needs. Absolutely incredible service. Had my white gold engagement ring adjusted in just one hour, and what an amazing job he's done! I cant tell where the joins are, and I'm sure it looks shinier too! Cannot recommend Lucy's enough!
