   Brilliant service from start to finish! I remember when jewellers were forbidding places to visit but not anymore if Beaverbrooks in Chester is anything to go by. The showroom is spacious and light with a wide range of top-end watches to tempt me, and I was even offered something to drink. I had taken my Tudor wristwatch in for servicing and met Shelley who gave me a warm welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. Today I collected the watch, fully restored and as good as the day I bought it. Sarah handed it over and Sam R modified the bracelet for me. They were charming, full of humour and Sarah and I enjoyed swapping travellers' tales as Sam R completed her work. Once done, the three of us then put the world to rights and offered more insider tips for holidays around the world. All in all, a really enjoyable visit. If only every jewellers was as cheerful as Beaverbrooks!

   Without question the most helpful and friendly people. Sam, Joe and Emily (I think) were amazing. I had been looking for a specific Tudor watch that only one store in the country had stock of. After trying my local stores and being placed on a waiting list, I went to Beaverbrooks Chester who went above and beyond to ensure I received the watch. They arranged for the watch to be delivered from Norwich and I collected within 7 days. Absolutely faultless, 10/10 for customer service, not typical sales people either just genuinely cared for me as a customer. Cannot recommended highly enough and I will most certainly be coming back! Thanks again Sam and team!

   Fantastic customer experience. Initially bought an Omega watch from the online shop. After having only for a day, the clasp had decided to give up taking away some of the shine from the watch itself. I rang up to ask for help, was told to come in as soon as I could. We were greeted by Sam and her team and were promptly offered drinks and a seat. It would have been easier for them to take the Watch back and send off to Omega but instead Sam had insisted that we change the clasp with one of the models they had in stock. My only regret is buying the watch online on not from them directly. We will be back soon - thanks for all your help.

   We had an outstanding customer experience today at the Chester branch thanks to Sammy Jo. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were there to buy a watch for my wife and the patience she showed us to make sure we chose the right one was excellent. She went multiple times to different display cabinets and even modelled watches herself for us and at no point did we feel any pressure to buy. Her knowledge of each of the different models and brands of watches was first class. We left with a beautiful watch and happy feeling. Would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be back.
