   I had a fantastic shopping experience at Goldsmiths in Wigan, thanks entirely to Fanny, the sales advisor who looked after me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Her understanding of the products and her ability to explain options clearly made the whole process enjoyable and reassuring. Fanny made the experience feel personalised and unhurried, which is exactly what you want when making an important purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this store again, and I would absolutely prefer to do so in person rather than online, purely because of the excellent service she provides. The other staff also had a bit of a laugh with me at the end which made the whole experience even better. A real credit to Goldsmiths, highly recommended.

   Went in for help with my new Hamilton Jazzmaster I’d bought. Ended up ordering a new Hamilton Ventura for Christmas… love the staff in Wigan Mark the outgoing manager ( Liverpool are getting a good guy ! ) Lisa and Fanny to name just a few. All the staff are more than happy to talk to me about my next purchases and watch buying history with Watches of Switzerland Group. I own a Tag Monaco, Tag Formula 1 Chronograph, Halimton Jazzmaster, and now a Hamilton Ventura ( men in black watch ) … I plan to own many more like Cartier, Omega, Tudor, Rolex and IWC … having that relationship with WOSG is important so i can build my collection slowly and matches the lifestyle I have built. Brilliant team always helpful and a standout store in Wigan.

   From the second we walked into the shop we felt at ease and well cared for. Myself and my partner purchased our wedding rings from Lauren and we can’t thank her enough for making the experience so memorable. She explained everything in terms we could easily understand and gave us every option available at our price budget. She was chatty, friendly and really made this part of our wedding planning experience a beautiful one. We can’t thank Lauren enough for her help on our visit, along with Robyn who also helped and was just as approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We will certainly be visiting the store in the future thanks to these wonderful ladys.
