   We have bought many beautiful pieces of the jewellery from Mr Allan’s, I say we, I mean my husband has bought pieces for me. The girls are always so friendly and happy to help, with a great knowledge of both the new and vintage pieces. Nothing is ever too much for them and they go above and beyond to make sure each piece is exactly what you want. They have also been very supportive when helping my husband surprise me for birthday/Christmas gifts. I cannot recommend them enough.

   Initially sent Mr Allans shop a message on Facebook last week regarding resizing a ring. It was read immediatley and ignored. I was in town today and so I nipped in. I was initially greeted by a bubbly woman with long dark hair. Trying her best to help me. When her collegue Simone I think her name was, became free she asked for help. First mistake. She was so incredibly rude. Told me without a proper look at my ring that they couldn't make it smaller and it wouldn't work. Questioned why I hadn't gone back to the supplier of my ring etc etc. I found her very stand offish and very unprofessional. I asked for my ring back amd held out my hand. She placed it down on the counter. Disrespectful. Lacking in general customer service also. Maybe she needs a refresher course. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or sell jewellery. Steer clear!

   I recently visited Mr Allen Jewellers in Wigan and was absolutely blown away by the service. I spoke with Clare, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. She helped me find the perfect replacement engagement ring for my 10-year anniversary, after the original one (from another jeweller) sadly broke. Clare took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The new ring is absolutely stunning — I couldn’t be happier! My in-laws have been loyal customers here for over 30 years, and now I completely understand why. The service, the quality, and the genuine care they show is second to none.    Disappointing experience. Woman refused to repair a bracelet saying it was low quality, went to another jeweller in arcade who did it and a good job for a fair price. Would not go back to this shop due to attitude received.

   Took a bracelet to be repaired as a link had weakened. The item was more sentimental than expensive, so I wanted to get it repaired. I was given a week turnaround for repair and I was very pleased. Excellent service and very helpful pleasant staff. I would highly recommend them.

   Took my wife in today to show her where I bought her gold cross a few weeks ago. Just on chance I asked if they had a gold letter G for her chain as we had seen some other gold letters in the window. Sure enough, they had one! Good quality and somewhat heavier than any others I had seen in my 3 year quest for a suitable one. Excellent price and service again. Happy wife equals happy hubby. Would recommend this fantastic shop to anyone looking for quality jewellery at very reasonable prices.
