   Bought a brand new printer at a brand new price that came with 3 years worth of ink, got home the ink bottles are empty and primyer scuffed definitely used and secondhand... beyond disgraceful then make you go out your way to sort it, they have no complaints procedure and no number to call. 1st time and last time buying from here, I won't be buying from here again that's for sure!! And I will be contacting Trading Standards too!!

   Went in there today to pick up two orders that were click and collect and ordered from ebay. I couldn't get on my email address for the bar code. As happened to be technical fault with aol mail and still is now. Guy behind counter said he can't hand over without the bar code. I said I Have id . The same Name was on both parcels. Anyway I already had paid for the I parcels off ebay so he ain't got any right him not handing them parcels over at all. As they already paid for by. Me. Anyway the guy got no interest at all and he did say he was actually the manager. I beleive acting awkward

   Do not order a large appliance and try and pick it up after 5pm. Absoulute jobs worth of a women would not take it to my car or let me borrow the trolley for me to transport it to my car. But was quite willing for me to drag it through Sainsbury’s.

   Went to collect game for daughter who had paid with her Argos card, took all FT numbers and her passport (and a picture of the card front and back)as that’s what the email said to do if you don’t have the Argos card. Was given the first FT order no problem, then couldn’t collect the second part of the same order because I didn’t have the card. Was told it was for my protection and they needed to inspect the card for evidence of tampering , I have literally done this with loads of orders never an issue and why I normally love Argos. But apparently even though they seemed to suspect I was some sort fraudster they allowed me to cancel my daughter’s order with out asking any questions. Can I literally just cancel any order I want ? I think a couple of members of your team need to resit their GDPR training. Has now cost me more money to cancel and re order the items.

   I went to argos and said I opened and needed an another model because this model cannot do calls or receive and they said me that I cannot do exchange or return. I just need a new model of it which makes calling facility and I don't know why they refused.

   Went to pick up an item we purchased as it wasnt available in Rhyl and Flint was the closest to us, lovely ladies on Argos the lady who served us was Ceri so friendly and helpful very nice store and staff, clean good sanitising stations, highly recommended
