   Purchased a pre owned gents Rolex. Sent it to Rolex for service only to be told that the face and the hands are not actually for the Rolex. Emailed, no reply. WhatsApp and ignored. Called and was hung up on repeatedly. Still have all original receipts as proof of purchase but they don’t seem to be interested as they no longer sell Rolex watches. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Morally not to be trusted.

   Went into the shop today to get my engagement ring sized down, “George Clooney” was so so helpful. I was so worried about it but he was reassuring and really lovely. Was done within an hour, elsewhere told me 3 weeks minimum!!! Reasonably priced too. Will be going in the future, thank you!!

   Resized my partners ring in just over an hour. Given the complexity of the ring and it being rose gold which is more rare here in the UK, I was surprised at how perfect their work was and my partner was over the moon with the result and beeming the second we walked out of their shops.    The staff here are very personable, they are very customer focused. I bought a ring to celebrate a special occasion. Im absolutely thrilled with it. Iv previously had other items of jewellery re sized or altered...in shop experts mean its a quick turn a round and really competitive prices. Highly recommend this jewellers x

   I visited Stephen Jones Jewellers on the weekend with my partner to have our wedding rings made from my parents gold and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff on the shop floor were lovely, so friendly, professional and enthusiastic from the second we walked through the door. We then went in to the main workshop where Stephen worked his magic and made our beautiful wedding rings right in front of our eyes, talking us through each step. We will remember this day for years to come. Thank you to all at Stephen Jones jewellers, what an amazing team!

   I visited Stephen Jones Jewellers this Friday as I'd been recommended here to get my white gold engagement ring spruced up with a new coating of rhodium. I walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome, as was my 10 year old son who came with me. Both the gentleman and lady in the front of house were warm, chatty and friendly to both us. Whilst we waited for my ring (it was super fast and only took 5 minutes to do), my son was called over to the counter and engaged in a conversation with the gentleman about what Santa is bringing him and then they went on to compare what xbox games they both play lol; he was kept entertained the whole time and even left asking "can we come back here again?" I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommended this establishment for any jewellery needs whether it's repairs or purchases. This will be my new go to place. Thank you for such a quick and efficient but also friendly experience. Merry Christmas to all at Stephen Jones Jewellers x

   We've used Stephen for over 30 years and have had several items made and repaired by him. The service and quality has always been first class. On one visit to his shop we told him about how a bangle that he'd made for my wife had been stolen in a burglary. We left an item for repair and when we returned to pick it up he'd made a replacement free of charge for us!
