Very slow process to collect an item I had already paid for online. The counter was staffed by teenagers, which may explain the lack of urgency, but it was still disappointing. Argos needs to recognise that itβs 2025 - customers expect genuinely quick and efficient click-and-collect service.

Ordered drill bits via click and collect. Website stated collection was from 9am (only reason I purchased). When I arrived in store I was notified the product wouldn't arrive in store till 4pm. Will now take days for my money to be returned and zero compensation was provided after making a complaint. I've will be closing my online account and never using Argos again.

Very rude staff. The one with braids two ways really needs her training done again. She was struggling with something and I tried to help her (hold on to something when her hands were full) and she started shouting at me. She really needs to learn how to give proper customer service even in busy periods.

Went today with my girlfriend, we asked for something simple and the two kids working behind the counter laughed at us and told us to look online. Donβt know who trains them or how they even work there with the attitude. The worst argos experience ever and has changed my shopping there for a long time.

Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.

For some reason there is always something wrong with computer software here with the cards machines not working they either aren't accepted cards or when u try to see if they have a item in stock it gives the wrong information out on the computer terminals. When you say something about it the management a lady here speaks to you like you are the stupid one when in fact she is the wrong person for this job because she is not running this store how it should be run.

Bought a pair of headphones for my sons birthday back in July which broke after a few months, brought them back to this store and was served by a girl called Aoife. She was very pleasant, gave me a replacement and insured the next pair with no fuss. Lovely customer service - she is an absolute credit to the company !
