When I dropped it off they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to save the pandora lettering on the inside of it because there wasn't much room but I said I didn't mind if they were removed. However I'm very pleased that its still there and my ring now fits perfectly! And it was ready for collection before they said it would be! “Went in to get a watch repaired as we thought a screw thread had been stripped. A member of staff took it into the back room and discovered it was a split pin which needed a good press to get it located. Didn't charge us for the repair... Thank you very much. :-)”

My wife wasn’t sure what earrings to buy and Jess was very patient and helpful, asking her questions to find out what she liked and helping her to find the right ones for her.
