   Yesterday, my daughter and I came to your store to look at gifts. The attitude displayed by the middle-aged woman with brown, straight hair was condescending, rude, and far from professional. Even before we had started browsing the store, she rushed us and put pressure on us. Her constantly following us closely made us feel very uncomfortable and suspicious. She answered our questions in an incomprehensible and condescending tone, her face condescending. This behavior greatly disturbed not only me but also my daughter and me, making us want to leave the store as soon as possible. It was disappointing to see such a low level of customer service in such a well-known chain store. Your staff urgently needs training in customer relations. We will not be shopping at this branch again."

   The only Pandora I go to when I'm after a charm for a gift. Not sure what the other negative reviews are? I've never been given poor service in this store? Some comments in other reviews are a bit nasty towards the staff. I'd say totally the opposite having been in to shop a couple of times in the last few months. Found Jodi to be more than helpful in picking my gifts with me.

   I’ve been in the shop many times over the years and I must say that the most recent time was the most pleasant and relaxed I have felt. I was greeted by the store manager Jodi who was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond and spoke me through many new products that were on offer- as it had been a while and lots of new products available. I explained what I was looking for and the charms that I liked and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for- even showing me charms on a bracelet so I could see how they would look. Jodi also spoke to me about the personalised charms- having gone in with my children I could see why she had done this as having my child’s name written by them and engraved on a charm that I could look at everyday is very sentimental and something that touched my heart. Nothing was too much for Jodi and she was very approachable. I can say that I will be back after an excellent experience, best one I’ve had in Mansfield Pandora after many bad experiences in the past there with rude staff and a feeling that they couldn’t care less. Glad to see a ray of sunshine in the shop now thanks to Jodi.

   I went into this store simply to buy a charm, but was immediately met by a very loud and overbearing woman who told me her name was Jodi kept trying to sell me other items I wasn’t interested in. I even explained that I only had about ten minutes left on my parking meter and just wanted to buy the charm and go, but she didn’t seem to listen. At the till, she kept asking for my email address even though I said I didn’t want to give it, and then tried to sell me a box even though the charm already came in one. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unnecessarily pushy definitely ordering online next time.
