   I had the pleasure of being served by Nikki who was amazing. I brought a ring back in 2021 and had endless problems with it due to my lifestyle. She helped me pick out a new ring that would better suit my lifestyle and I absolutely love it. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and we came up with the perfect engagement and wedding band combination for my taste. I can’t thank her enough and I highly recommend her support for finding the right jewellery for you!

   We had decided to have a look at different wedding bands in Mansfield for ideas as we were unsure on what we liked. We had been to several other stores in Mansfield, and had felt non the wiser, one shop assistant seemed she couldn't be bothered with us and seemed to be looking for posher custom, which made us feel a bit rubbish. When we got to H. Samuels, we instantly felt much more relaxed and felt that Niki really wanted us to find the perfect rings for us, there was no pressure to buy, she just wanted us to be happy and to make sure in particular that my band suited my sentimental engagement ring. We came away with two perfect rings, feeling very happy and excited to have them ready for our special day. My partner couldn't stop opening the box in excitement like a little boy on the way home, because he was so happy with them. We will certainly be returning to get my engagement ring spruced up before the wedding and from now on H.Sammuels will be the first jewellers we go to because of Niki's service.    Niki at the Mansfield branch is an absolute credit to the team. She’s supported my fiancee picking out the most gorgeous engagement ring and is the reason we came back for our wedding rings. We’ve shopped around for ideas but the knowledge and care given by Niki is second to none. It may only be brief interactions but when we walk into the store it’s like being greeted by family and she remembers everything we said months prior down to the ring size and ideas! Niki takes her time and makes you feel like you’re the only customer in the store and really values what you are saying to ensure you make the right decision for yourself. No pushy sales tactics she genuinely listens to what you want and takes everything on board. Honestly don’t know what we would have done without her to make this whole experience seamless and stress free!    We went in to get some jewellery altered, the shop assistant was great but had to send for the manager who was nasty because she had to come and help out, shes a nasty piece of work, its about time they smartened up too, when you visit other H Samuel stores they are all very nice, helpful and smartly dressed which can hardly be said about the manager at Mansfield.

   The person who was in charge of the store yesterday was extremely rude to me! I purchased earrings from the store as a sentimental gift,has my mother had given me the money before she passed away. I wore the earrings three times and struggled to take the backs off,I realised that the backs had bent. I looked online and every review said not to buy because they had the same problem. Wish I'd read the reviews before hand....the "lady" accused me of dropping them and standing on them. I was very offended by this and her attitude and will not shop at this store again. Not everyone is a liar and I am definitely not!!!
