   Meg’ had her ears pierced here by the manager and an employee. They was AMAZING! Meg’ was super excited but they just added to that and it was a very positive and lovely experience. We completely trust Claires and returned when Meg’ wanted new studs, and they changed these for her. Again, super nice :) Recommend 100% for ear piercing (best to check when two member of staff are available so the can do an ear each, simultaneously)

   Terrible company. AVOID. Been asking for my P45 (a legal requirement) for well over a month now. Emailed HR multiple times to be ignored, asked Jess the manager multiple times, to be told ‘email them again’. Completely useless team of people.

   Went to Claire’s in Mansfield today. My wife had some earrings and was served by Jess. We have been in this store on a few occasions and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. My wife wasn’t sure what earrings to buy and Jess was very patient and helpful, asking her questions to find out what she liked and helping her to find the right ones for her. What a refreshing change to be served by someone who obviously cares about giving good customer service.

   Review for Jessica at Claire’s I had an extremely disappointing experience at Claire’s due to Jessica’s unprofessional behavior. While I was there for a piercing for my son .Jessica decided it was more important to skip off for coffee rather than attend to the client who was ready and waiting. She showed absolutely no seriousness in providing proper guidance or ensuring that the procedure was handled responsibly. Instead, she spent her time chatting with her colleagues and treating the job as a social hangout rather than a professional responsibility. Her lack of focus and care was utterly unacceptable and left me completely dissatisfied with the service. If this is the standard Claire’s upholds, it’s truly disappointing. I would strongly suggest reevaluating staff training and accountability, as such behavior is intolerable for a service requiring trust and attention to detail. I would not recommend Jessica or this location to anyone.

   Review for Jessica at Claire’s Mansfield (21/11/24) I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Claire’s Mansfield today, where my son had his first piercing. What should have been a memorable milestone turned into a day I’d rather forget, all because of the unprofessional attitude of staff member Jessica. Instead of focusing on her job, Jessica was more interested in chatting with her colleagues than attending to the customers. Her lack of attentiveness and maturity was evident, and it made the entire experience feel disorganized and careless. This is not the kind of behavior you expect when trusting someone with something as important as a child’s first piercing. I sincerely hope Jessica reflects on her behavior and acts with the professionalism and seriousness her role demands. If not, I trust the management will step up to ensure she becomes a more responsible team member. To warn others, I’ve shared my experience in a WhatsApp group with 290 members so they can avoid visiting Claire’s Mansfield and encountering such poor service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

   Bought a gift card for my daughter on Christmas and staff said there is no booking needed just pop in. However on 26th December we come to shop and and thay said we need to make a booking we made a booking on 2.30pm so we geen hanging around for 2hrs when we turn up at booked time thay said booking is changed to 3.00 pm. WASTE OF TIME. NOT RECOMMENDED
